I like theory as much as the next guy (I'm in the Libs for god's sake - we don't <i>do</i> the whole practicality thing). But I want you on our team. And you are! The theory is fun, but it doesn't matter one bit. Politics is the process of collective decision-making and I want you to realize that when it's decision time, you have to play ball with someone.
